My questions were answered and it was obvious that the provider was up on the latest information pertaining to my medication. He and his staff were great, especially considering all the outbreak going on. The communication by UH was also good concerning the status of my appointment with all the uncertainty going on.
The bottom line is that we all could benefit from finding a way to be more comfortable with the unknown, but there is no simple recipe for developing our ability to tolerate uncertainty. To some extent it is a choice one makes, and to some extent it is a skill that one develops and improves upon over time, and with much practice.
